Swiftner now supports German in the UI and during coaching. We've also spent a lot of time getting the right amount of coaching to your sales reps during calls. Less noise, more helpful tips. Because you're worth it!

  • We've cleaned up the sidebar in the Dashboard. Admins, this one's for you.

  • We've tweaked the amount of coaching your sales reps receive. Don't worry, you can still adjust the level for each user. The feedback now lands closer to what actually happened on the call.

Proactive alerts: Issues flagged before you notice them April 2026

New Feature

Most performance issues show up in the data long before a manager notices them. Swiftner now picks this up continuously and places a short summary at the top of your dashboard when something is worth a look.

What triggers an alert?

  • A rep who's more than 20% off from the rest of the team

  • A noticeable drop — more than 20% below their own average over recent calls

  • No calls logged today, when there were calls yesterday

  • A red flag from the call itself, like a dissatisfied customer or a conversation that went off track


Finding out a week too late is a week of missed opportunities. Hourly checks mean you can act the same day.



Coaching Sidebar on Every Call March 2026

Choose any seller on the calls page to open a full coaching view — wins, trends, focus areas, and recent activity. No tab switching, no losing your place.

Coaching used to mean leaving the calls page to check the dashboard. Now it's one click away, right where you already are.

What's inside

  • Trend indicator: immediately shows whether the rep is on an upward or downward trajectory, so you know the tone before you say anything

  • Wins and streaks: personal bests, active streaks, and team percentile badges pulled automatically from recent calls

  • Performance metrics: ten metrics per call, each with a trend chart, a team badge, and a tooltip showing best, worst, and last-call delta

  • Weekly focus: the metric the rep is actively working on this week, so the conversation stays anchored

  • Coaching moments: AI-identified moments from recent calls, timestamped and linked directly to the exact second in the transcript

  • Recent calls: a quick overview of the rep's latest activity

The full picture is right there immediately after a call, while it's still fresh.
